OVEN BARBEQUED PORK CHOPS

Mix:
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup catsup
1 Tblsp mustard
1 cup water

Pour mixture over:
4 to 6 pork chops, that have been salted and peppered to taste
and arranged in a single layer in a glass baking dish.
Bake at 350* for 1 hour.

Notes*
- I like loin, center cut chops or butterfly chops, and I watch for sales!
-Perfect match for garlic mashed or scalloped potatoes, a little sauerkraut....
