| Lemon Crisp Cookies |

1 package lemon cake mix
1 cup Rice Krispies
1/2 cup butter or margarine -- melted
1 egg -- beaten
1 teaspoon lemon peel -optional
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed (dough will be crumbly).
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 350-degrees for 10-12 minutes or until set.
Cool for 1 minute; remove from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
Makes 2/12 to 3 dozens really yummy cookies!
