Crock Pot Stew |

1# baby carrots
6-7 med. potatoes, I like red ones
1 pound beef stew meat, cubed
1 can peas
1 can beans: butter beans, kidney beans, or green beans
1 can tomato soup
1 can french onion soup
1 cup beef broth, or bullion, dissolved
2 Tblsp. minute tapioca
Put all of the ingredients in your crock pot, stir in tapioca, and cook on high for 8 to 10 hours.
A little crusty bread, fresh fruit or a salad…it’s a fall favorite. And what an aroma to greet you when you come home after a long day!
