I walk at the mall and have 2DVD's I'm using to exercise at home with. Also have hand weights and exercise tube I use when I walk by them. We ahve changed how we eat too, more of a Tuscan diet now. |

I am watching what I eat. I do Tae Kwon Do 4 times a week. And of course I have 2 dogs that need walking. Although I can' twait for the weather to warm up so it is more tolerable. |
